For this project, we analysed a dead fashion brand: Paul Poiret to see which had led to the demise of the brand. After we researched new opportunities, we repositioned the brand and created a breand strategy book. This book shows a comprehensive research and marketing analysis, a new market segmentation, target group analysis and new visual and informative strategic recommendations for a rebranding.
